Is there some one that can tell me how to easy remove the main unit of the Comand in my ML 2002?
Do I need some special tools to get it loose?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Yes, you need these: -

Comand Online Ltd :: Tools :: Mercedes Benz Audio Removal Keys

You insert in the slots and they lock in place, then you pull the whole lot out. To release the keys from the comand you stick a small screwdriver in the holes with arrows on on the side of the COMAND and pull the keys out.
