I have one c220 SW with radio version comand aps with dvd and navigation ,... and when i choose the car option they mention that this radio do not need the UMI or media interface adatpter to support USB+ipod+aux , but when i get the car there were no interfaces.
Now they say that the upgrade to comand aps support this type of conections should be made in factory and their is no upgrade available. Is that true?

If you have W204 or CLC W203 then it is possible to install the option. It depends on the head unit. For W203 Sedan or Wagon it is necessary to install a NTG2.5 Navigation. It is not clear what you are driving from your question.

If you have a W204, look here, there are retrofit kits for RHD and LHD cars - you can also use those in a W203 with hard-disk comand.

Its pretty easy to do, but MB dealer has to add the option code to the datacard and re-code the head unit to enable everything
