The cheapest pathway is to install the 2009 Version of the Radio or Navigation. This comes with the Bluetooth function.
Radio -------- - CD changer built in * - Works with Media Interface - Works with Digital Radio - Bluetooth Navigation ----------- - All of the above - Plays DVD movie - Flash Card Reader - Voice control - Navigation * In some models the CD changer is absent. I have one of these Radios if you have a need for it. The navigation units are easily sourced.

To expand on Benzmodz's advice
You can install the MY2009 'Audio-20' which has bluetooth built in - you will need this kit in addition to the new Audio-20 (microphones, adapters, bluetooth antenna etc) Comand Online Ltd :: Mercedes SatNav/COMAND :: COMAND Retrofit parts :: Current W169 A, W245 B, Sprinter, Vito, Viano :: A/B/CLC/ML/GL/R COMAND NTG2.5 (Hard Disk) retrofit kit - cars without phone. Or you can install the OEM system, which is a bit of a job but perfectly possible, and needs Comand Online Ltd :: Mercedes Phone/Bluetooth :: Phone System Retrofit Kits :: Phone retrofit kit for MOST based cars Comand Online Ltd :: Mercedes Phone/Bluetooth :: Phone System Retrofit Kits :: W169/W245 (A/B class) Phone retrofit - centre console parts AND a bluetooth adapter (£189 -> £250) In reality, if you can get a used MY2009 Audio-20, the former is the cheaper and the easier as Benzmodz says !! It may even be cheaper purchasing a new Audio-20 !!! Richard |
