Hi there,
I'm currently the owner of the UK W169 A-Class A150 Auto 5dr Avantgarde model - I believe, from the background reading that I have the standard UK Audio-20 system installed in the car. I do not have the CD changer but all the relevant buttons for the CDC and Phone System are in place on the front unit and steering wheel. I've noticed in the glove compartment that there is a small port which appears to be similar or perhaps is a 3.5mm jack port. It's located quite close to the ventilation hole for the glove compartment itself. I was wondering if perhaps this was the Aux Input port? If it is, does that mean that I am able to use the AUX input on the Audio 20 sytem and what do I need in the way of cables to use it? Or perhaps is this the connector for the phone system? I've had a look around the forum but I can't really find anything that sheds light on whether my car has the pre-wiring or not! Thanks! PolarIce |

That is the AUX stereo input. Hold the CDC button for several seconds till it reads AUX.
Any appropriate size stereo cable will work in this location.
