Default Merc Blue tooth car kit - i phone

Recently changed form Backberry to i phone and cant get the Merc Blue tooth kit to twin & connect??????????????

What car & age have you got, and what Bluetooth adapter have you got ?

If you have the black puck like thing, or the USA silver version (not the European silver version), hold down the pairing button until the blue lamp starts flashing faster. Then do the pairing on the phone, pass code is 62872

Pairing button on the silver cradle is the Mercedes logo, on the black one its the 'Bluetooth' sign

62872 = MBUSA

If it is one of the newer models of Bluetooth then use the function EXTERNAL AUTHORISATION.

Its am ML 2007

I've got the balck bluetooth car kit, probably the puck one you described

It previously worked ok with a Nokia and then Blackberry (although i had to mess about with the settings)

The i phine is the newest version
