please help [W204 Navigation part numbers]

Hi, i order navigation to my c class w204 (A204 870 49 94) and then he get me (A204 906 09 02) i want to know the diffrent between them

A204 870 49 94 is unit with DVD changer (option 512) used in MY07/08/09 cars, it was replaced by a number of units over time. A204 906 01 01 is the latest verson.

A2049060902 is a unit without DVD changer (option 527), first released for MY2010.

Merc change the part numbers very regularly, (a) when firmware changes happen (b) when the manafacturer changes anything

I dont know if there is any difference between MY07/08/09 and MY2010 functionality

Yes it can - but it can only hold 1 DVD. The other has a 6 DVD/CD changer built in.
