can anyone please tell me if it is possible to connect Televison to an 06 ML350.
and what the process is if possible.

It is possible to install the wiring and the electronics however you have only 2 choices for the antenna function. It should be either new windows on the side rear or non-original reception antennas.

Just a note, in certain markets (like UK), the increased theft protection option is standard, and that means the antennas are already in the rear side window glasses. (Still need antenna amps, main wiring loom, rear door wiring loom, fibre optic loom, bracket, TV tuner and some screws.
