I just got myself a v9 DVD disc for my w219 CLS Comand APS expecting to be able to select birds-eye view but I cannot!

Is this function not available for the CLS? My system was factory fitted in late 2005 and I have the Comand firmware that allows you to display ETA time and distance remaining etc...

How do I get the birds-eye view function enabled?
