Its a complete loop, the head unit (the COMAND) is the master.
If you look at
www.mercupgrades.com it tells you about COMAND diagnostic mode. Please read the document, go in to diagnostic mode, delete the errors, wait for the error to re-occur and post all the error log info here (all of it)
