I would start with flashing all the telematics modules.

- head unit
- navigation unit
- phone

Then look at any outer modules in the system that need flashing. I hope that you don't have a cloned DVD in the map reader ? That can cause it too.

All else failing I would imagine that it can also be related to water in the roof antenna.
