To swop them over (I'm assuming its the same as the W204 C), remove the cover over the rain sensor and unclip the cover over the mirror base (it doesnt remove) then, lower the OCP (it hinges from the windscreen end, and is released by inserting a credit card in the edge at the rear).
- locate the mirror wiring and unclip (one clips in on left edge of OCP, other is connected to wiring that goes back to the stereo).
Then unclip the mirror which involves pulling the base of the mirror down and twisting - probably easiest to have clipped the OCP back into place at this point.
Inserting the new mirror is best done by inserting the left edge of the mirror (look at the clip, you will see it is not as bevelled on the right side as the left), and then pushing the aluminium base of the mirror on the right in using a large flat screwdriver.
No coding should be needed (same is true for installing auto-dim mirror)

Thanks Richard! I went ahead and bought hte mirror. Got it for $300. on EBay. I thought that was a pretty good deal as opposed to the dealer who wants $1100. It is also an autodimming mirror as well.
I'll let everyone know how it works out.
